Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all reservations and participation in events organized by Paintly. By booking a place at an event, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment

  1. Booking: Reservations can be made online on our website or through other authorized channels. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  2. Payment: Payments must be made by credit card or other accepted payment methods. Payment details are securely processed by third-party payment service providers.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by the Client: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Minimum Age: Participation in events is generally restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Some events may have specific age restrictions.
  2. Conduct: Participants must behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and venue property. Paintly reserves the right to exclude any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
  3. Materials and Artwork: All materials needed for the activity are provided by Paintly. The artworks created remain the property of the participant.

Venue Partnerships

  1. Collaboration with Venues: Paintly collaborates with hotels, bars, and other venues to organize events. These venues may offer additional services such as food or beverages.
  2. Venue Liability: Paintly is not responsible for the services or products offered by these venues, nor for any claims related to these services.

Personal Data

  1. Collection and Use: The personal information collected during the reservation is used to manage your participation in our events and to inform you of future events.
  2. Information Sharing: We may share your information with our partners (hotels, bars) to enhance your experience and, with your consent, for potential marketing offers.
  3. Data Protection: Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability

  1. Limitation of Liability: Paintly will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in an event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.
  2. Insurance: Paintly recommends that participants obtain adequate personal insurance to cover any potential incidents occurring during the events.

Changes to the CGV

Paintly reserves the right to modify these CGV at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings.
